but know that carbs are a big issue for me - I would happily exist on crisps/cakes/biscuits/rice and potatoes!
So, I was wondering, how successful i would be if I went onto eating mainly protein and veg? A little fruit maybe but radically cut out the processed stuff?
What do you low carb folk think?
