I havnt yet chosen a diet plan besides eating healthier of course. But I am wondering if low carb is right for me. Ive always, always liked bread and know I cant cut it out completely. Do you find youre more tired on a low carb diet than u were before? What are some foods you eat when ur craving those carbs? My weight loss journey has just begun and because my weight gain has crept up slowly, I know it will take longer to lose it. My goal is to lose 1 stone in 3 months, mainly weight in my stomach area is the problem. Any tips will help!!
