Hi all,
My name is Tina, and im new to this site. Everyone seems to be very supportive on this site and im loving it already. I gotta get posting. My biggest issue is my will power to stop eating and my will power to get out walking, jogging or to the gym. I love exercise once i actually am doing it, its the whole thing of going to do it that i dread!!

Hi Tina

Good luck & congrats on making the first step. It is very important to exercise but I live a rather sedentary lifestyle, always have and that's probably why I've always struggled with my weight. It's getting the energy to exercise that I struggle with. A vicious cycle. Too fat. Need to exercise. No energy to exercise. Stay fat. Get less energy. Lol
I hope u have much success.

Thanks Wheelndeal77, i no i work during the day and the last thing i want to do when i come home is go for a walk or go t the gym... i just need to motivate myself and improve on my will power...

Going out to buy a weighing scales today, im so bad i still havnt got one!! Only just figured out how to put up a signiture, and im still unsure as to what an avatar is? any one able to enlighten me???
