New and hi!

I've decided to rejoin SW - I was a member nearly 8 years ago when I had my daughter and lost all my weight, but now it's back on. I can't make it to any of my local meetings though! There used to be loads and now there's only a couple, right when I finish work so I don't know if I'm going to have to try and race there to join up for the books etc. Could anyone please help though? I want to start changing my habits now as we are away next week so can't join till the week after at the earliest - I'm vegetarian so will be doing green days. What he's are there now? And aside from generic fruit and veg is there anything surprising and free? I've done WW recently and as it's now a similar plan I'm really confused by what's free and isn't. Thanks :)

Hi and welcome im not a veggie so dont know about green plan i do EE as its so easy but welcome and good luck..there is loads of help on here and someone will come and help you out soon

I'm a veggie so I do green days too.
U can have 2x HEa's my
favorites are:
350ml skimmed milk
2 slices in f Kerry low low cheese
6 extra light laughing cow triangles

And u can have 2xHEb's, I like:
2x weetabix
5x original ryvita
3x sunflower ryvita
35g porridge for a oats
35g nobadded sugar muesli

Also a great free food is Linda McCartney rosemary and onion sausages, which are so yummy!
