Hi Carol. Welcome. The plan is great, isn't it? I did WW for years and got really overly obsessive about it, would lose weight REALLY quickly and then out it all back on again, but now I've been doing SW for 6 weeks and have lost just over a stone and feel that it's much better for me. Hi Carol and welcome. SW is the absolute best for flexibility and tasty meals. No need to ever feel hungry and not a lot of weighing out either. This site too is totally brilliant for support, ideas and great recipes. What a fantastic weight loss you and hubby have had already. Stick with it and you won't be disappointed.
