Hi all. I Came across minimins when I realised that every time I googled anything to do with slimming world it always lead me to the same place... Here! I soon realised that this is because I can find out pretty much anything here What a great resource. I started slimming world a fortnight ago and have a lot of weight to lose, but I am not aiming for anything too drastic at the moment - just would like to feel better and be able to be more active. There isn't a slimming world club near me so I am really glad to see somewhere like this online where I can ask questions and get (and hopefully give) support.
