Hi all
I started SW on wednesday, weighing in at 16st 3lbs. I have previously done weight watchers, and lost over 10 stone on that (I originally weighed 23st), but after getting to goal I got complacent, and adding a bout of depression to that, some of the weight has gone back on. I decided I wanted to try something different and am really liking SW so far. However, I am worried that I can have too much free food. I have always been a binger, hence the previous weight problems, and to me 'unlimited' pasta, really is a load! Its scary after WW too, because I was so used to weighing and measuring everything.
Can you guys tell me how much you really do eat? I looking forward to have a really good look at the messages here. Haven't had a red day yet, so going to get some ideas about that. I guess i'll see if you can have too much free food on wed when I get weighed!
