New :D

hi everyone i start my diet on new years day hope too loose about 4 stone by june as im off to turkey for our familly hoillday good luck to everyone all the best for 2010
 
Chocolate mint is my fav - I have it with hardly any water,in a dish like a thick mousse - its lush - I alsi halve allmy sachets so I have 6 a day as opposed to 3 - seems to help. I chew sugar free gum too - just to take the smelly breath away if I am meeting somone/talking etc
