Hi everyone, here is a few details about me and my weightloss plan.
I am Geraldine almost 20 from Ireland.
I work as a lead receptionist in a dental surgery.
I enjoy drama, music, films & swimming (even though i dont do it very often.)
Weight: 14st 10lbs
Target Weight: 10st
Mood:Excited,motivated and HUNGRY!!!!
Biggest Vices: Diet Coke Chocolate and Crisps.
So today is the begining of my weight loss(i am using the net doctor diet as guild lines) . Feeling excited about the prospect of looking the way i want. Also with that thought in mind I am motivated to do it. So hopefully all goes well and I can do as well as i can. I am goin to try and write everyday how I get on and be 100% truthful.
Anyone want to offer any words of wisdom feel free.
