hey Leigh am new here too should of joined in August when I was feeling crap about myself!! actually gone under my goal weight! holiday in just over a week!! When I get back my gym are starting my 6 weeks results or my money back program which is fab meens I can get right back on track!! hoping not to gain too much on my holiday tho!!

yes, you haven't posted enough yet. If you read the guides it states you get access to different parts of the forums after so many posts. It's to stop spammers basically.
