Hi everyone.
I'm new (obviously). I am working on finally loosing weight and wanted a place for a bit of support, I'm not ready to share with friends and family too much although hopefully they have noticed a difference!
I was 122.5kg (270lbs) when I started and am now 103kg (226.6lbs). This is about the weight I was when I was 17 (I'm 33 now) so it's very exciting as my wife has never even seen me this size!
I still have a long way to go but so far it's going really well. I'm doing it through calorie counting with food as well as either running on a treadmill or boxing daily.
I've tried dieting before but never had the willpower to stick with it beyond the first few KGs. The reason I am doing it now is because one of my sons has severe special needs and will require life long care, so I need to live as long as possible for him.
