New on the diet :)

Started the diet yesterday.
I'm 30 and 5.1" I weigh 16.4 and got tithe point where I'm miserable.
Yesterday I had a porridge for breakfast. Choc shake for lunch and a chicken and mushroom soup for tea. I also drank 2 and a half litres of water. Was hungry at points in the day but found the water helped.
Really hope this diet works as I'm totally fed up now :(
 
Hi I know exactly how yo feel. I'm 5ft4 and I'm on day 10 I started at 13st 7lb and lost 8lbs week one. The first few days are really hard, but once I got going it was fine, I'd got to the point where nothing was working and nothing was fitting me and I'd had enough, feel more positive about the future now!!! I find the weekends the hardest... Good luck and keep us updated on ur progress
