Your pictures are truly amazing, you and your family must be so proud. Your change is transformational and certainly has that wow factor mate.

For me, losing 8 stone has given me a life I never had before - even though I wasn't unhappy before. I hope it is doing the same for you.

Brad, I'm still in shock at losing so much weight, my head hasn't quite caught up yet. But I'm definitely not so much of a hermit as I was before. I was frightened to go out because I thought everyone was staring at me. And to be honest they probably were. At 25 stone I hardly disappeared into the background
