New quorn

Sorry if this has already been posted - could someone please tell me the Syn values of these? They have less Cals and fat than the pork style steaks which I've read are 1/2 a syn?







Also saw quorn gammon steaks but didn't get a pic of them so if anyone knows the values for them too that'd be fab

Thanks lovely - the beef ones are less in calories and fat etc than the pork so I'm going to go with 1/2 a syn each! I'll try them this weekend and let you know what they're like!

Yes pls been meaning to try. Have you seen the melt in the middle quorn burgers too? I'm scared if syns but want to try.

I did spot them but thought they'd be super high Syn wise! Do you know what they are?? X

Just found them, must have recently been added. 5 syns, not bad. Will pick some up at some stage, maybe when quorn is on offer.

better than I thought they'd be! I'm sure it's 3 for £5 on quorn in tesco at the moment x

Wholemeal roll & HEXA cheese or synned cheese slice?

I always use my hexA on Milk for cups of tea :/ and I could do a wholemeal roll as a hex b but with having to syn the cheese and the burger im just not sure it would be worth it right now lol. Come summer I will feel more confident eating cheese and white bread again
