So I attempted this diet a few weeks ago and failed miserably, I gave up because I was going away with friends for a week and wanted to go and enjoy myself one last time! Had my weigh in on Monday and had only put on 3 pounds which I was pleased with I thought I would be heavier than when I started this.
Im now on day 3 and starving! And because I can't eat all I seem to c on tv is food adverts.
I am determined to do this at the end of the day I'm not affecting anyone but myself if I cheat.
My poor bf has tried to not eat at home and have dinner before he gets in, and I can tell that I'm snappy at times but I do apologise after so he can't moan
Looking forward to my weigh in on monday just hope it's a good loss to keep me motivated.
