New starter!

I'm on day two of the Cambridge (I did it a couple of years ago for a short time). Doing it for just four weeks at first as I'm trying to loose a bit of weight for my 21st Birthday Party.

Really struggling on an evening. I've seen posts about eating a small bit of protein ie eggs or chicken - is this definitely ok? Has this made anyone stop Ketosis?
