need ideas for lunch and teas in original/red day please

I do all red days so might be worth finding my food diary.

Today im having smoked salmon quiche with salad for lunch.

Chicken new yorker with salad for tea

Lots of tastey food

I do quite a few Red days (typical today i am doing an EE day!) but check out my diary - its in my signature.

I love Big Mac on a plate, Seafood/Chicken Salads, Spag Bol without the spag!, Burgers, Fish, SW Quiches, KFC Chicken SW style, Chicken Thigh Fillets in a herbs marinade (such as SO Juicy/Colmans bags) served with veggies,

There are so many more but my mind has gone blank! x
