Once you get past day 4 you will be fine.


The evenings are tough but I try to keep busy. Pampering myself, cleaning etc.

Drink lots if water and coffee, tea. That will help immensely.

Thanks today is day3 I kept busy by cleaning.lol. I use to be a gym addict I could run for hours and ate lentil soup and grilled chicken and veg. But the weight loss was slower than this. I lost two pounds in 3 days with cambridge already looking good.
 
well done on your weight loss so far :)
soon you will be able to go back to the gym as well, just start of gentilly.
what step are you on?

Once you are on week three you are allowed other products. I find the bars really good in the evening, also the water flavouring.
 
Hi I'm on step 1 the soul source. I have a shake at 11am followed by two glass of water then 4:30pm have another shake followed by water. Last shake at 7:30 which is now with water. Can't wait to lose my weight my goal is to lose 20 pounds
