Hiya, I started at same weight last match n in 3 months, I lost 4 stones!!!
Had a break of 7 months coz of some personal health issues n new medications,I put 1st on. But I started back on 01-01-2012 n aiming to lose 3st in 10 weeks!!
Am well in the zone now, only 9 weeks to go. Best advise is water, water n more water n take each day at a time!
It's so do-able and come on this forum everytime u feel like giving up!!!!
This forum is a god send!
