New to simply filling- any help appreciated

Purple it recommends 1200 calories for me to lose 1lb a week. Though I could always eat more and burn them off as unless I have lots of soups and veg I find that 1200 calories doesn't go very far :-/ x

It's actually quite shocking counting calories! I sometimes wonder how many calories I ate before I started ww! It must have been over 2000! Apparently if I eat 2000 a day then I'd stay the same weight! But I think I'd gain if I did!

Yeh I must have ate loads before I started any diets eek! Past few years have been mostly healthy though I still have the odd takeaway/ meal out/ giant bag of crisps but it's not several times a week anymore it's an occasional treat.

Getting close to target now but seem to be at a bit of a plateau again, need to just really make an effort now. Super excited about getting a wage again soon so I can afford fruit and veg more often is that sad lol? X

Not sad at all, until we don't have something we really miss it! I am missing some foods myself, like you though fruit and veg! Am sure crisps etc will follow suit but they are my choice not to have!

It's not sad, I get anxious when I don't have fruit around, even at times when I'm not even on plan! Subconsciously I must know I need it!

Dress is lush, I'm between sizes too but mines more a 12/14 or if just for top 10/12. It infuriates me, why don't they just make inbetweeny sizes in odd numbers? It'd make life loads easier when clothes shopping!

I remember reading a few years ago that some supermarket started making some jeans in inbetweeny sizes! Seems it must not have sold well but sounds a great plan.

I am finally into a 10 in almost everything that I buy new but I still have loads of 12s and bigger than I still wear too, sizes can just be so random - preto have everything from kids sizes to men's sizes in my wardrobe and ladies 8-18!! Crazy they all fit!

I'm still in the habit if picking up 12s though :-/ x

They've just relaunched them been gone for a good few years now! Really yummy kind of like minstrels but the dark ones have white choc inside and the light ones have milk choc inside :-D

Such an unhealthy but tasty lunch lol!! X

I so know I will end up buying these, they would go nice on the top of one of my sundaes lol

OMG VICE VERSAS! I used to love them. Had no idea they had been relaunched. MUST find them x

Yeh I was so excited I was talking about vice versas at the weekend then googled and found it they re being relaunched! It's meant to be at start of next month but loads of people have reported seeing them already and when I saw them in Asda I couldn't resist! X

i vaguely remember vice versa but I don't think I liked them due to hating white chocolate.

It might be an idea to track calories for a couple of weeks just to see how its working as you are pretty close to target and that usually does make it harder to lose the last few lbs. I signed up to myfitnesspal a while ago and used it a little bit but I found it really annoying and time consuming to input everything each day it drove me a bit mad!

Fingers crossed for weigh in and first day back tomorrow x

How on earth did I miss these last time around?lol

Glad others are excited by them too!

Just a quick pop on here I'll probably wait til tomorrow to read through all my subscribed threads. Just home from my first stress control class thingy that the doctors/counsellor signed me up for.

Was dreading it and also thought it wouldn't really apply to me but it focuses mostly on anxiety and depression as the main symptoms of stress and could defo relate to almost all of it. Got a bit pack of info to read through and 5 more classes over the next few weeks. X

I hope you found tonight helpful, sounds like you have a lot to digest! As to the vice versas.. Tescos don't have them yet,boo lol

Never heard of vice versa's!

Good luck at work tomorrow! And good luck for Wi too!
