New to simply filling- any help appreciated

Mmmmm. Pizza looking good :) I bought the square wraps the other day with the express intention of making a pizza, though looks like that will be next week now. They also make REALLY nice naan bread if spread with crushed garlic and coriander and put in the oven in foil for 5 minutes. Highly recommend you try that with the leftovers!

Sorry to hear the ankle is playing up but it does sound like you have been doing quite a bit of exercise other the last couple of weeks and 30 day shred isn't very easy on the ankles or knees I don't think with all the leaping, squatting and jumping about like a mad frog! Hopefully a day or so rest will do the trick (although 3 hours of walking and shopping doesn't actually count as rest I don't think...)
 
We do that with the wraps AP! Makes yummy garlic bread and we also put some chopped mozzarella on it and bake away! Mmmmm!

Thanks will definitely try them as a naan as its a decent size for 4pp :)

Trying to build up the walking as hoping to get back to work in next few weeks as being off for 5months is driving me crazy!!

The yoomoo tubs are yummy and only £1 in Asda I know I could measure out other icecream or frozen yoghurt for similar or even less points but there's something really satisfying about being able to eat a whole tub even if it is tiny lol! Plus the chocolate one has choc stars :-D this excites me more than it should ;-) x

Going to try another propoints day so I can have same lunch as yesterday since the soup and quorn will need eaten!

1 slice quorn ham

D- square wrap 4pp
Quorn peppered steak 3pp
Roast veg

Snacks- ww fromage frais 1pp
Caramel snackajacks 3pp
White choc aero mousse 3pp

Drinks- water, squash, diet energy drink, light cranberry and blueberry juice

Exercise- walks to doctors and Asda about 80mins

Pp used- 26pp
Weeklies used- 0
Weeklies left- 8! So much easier to not use any weeklies on pp days!

I know really hoping for a loss tomorrow or I'll need to go back to slimming world, i know I could try propoints but to be honest I love the freedom of not having to measure everything!

Plus it's not that I wasn't losing still on sw eating the decent sized portions it's just that I was fed up of it a bit and needed a change! As boredom was leading to too many days off plan and that's what was slowing down the weight loss my fault not slimming world or big plates of pasta lol! :)

Giving it 3 or 4 weeks on this before I decide which one is for me. A girls gota consider her options ;-) both have plus points and minuses! I love bagels, crumpets, smoothies and tinned fruit on ww but I do miss the bigger selection of free foods on sw and hea of cheese!

Wish I could magically combine them both hehe but got to pick one and stick to it! X
 
Absolutely 100% agree with you! I'm going to weigh in next week and see what's happening and will have to go back to SW if it's not working for me. At the moment I think I'm still maintaining which I can do on SW, but it is nice to have a change this week while still having the discipline of being on plan. Oh for the diet that combines crumpets and cheese ...!
 
Oh my the crumpets and cheese diet should totally exist :-D

Either way I've got my focus back so the change has been a good thing even if it ends up not working out for me weight loss wise. Oh and would definitely count syns weekly now if I went back as I'm enjoying that with my weekly points.

I know some people have smoothies and don't syn them and count wholemeal bagels/wraps as heb and that works for them so maybe I could try that out? Anyway must stop thinking about sw for now and get on with my simply filling experiment - giving it a fair chance before I decide either way :) x

Eek weigh in tomorrow and no idea what to expect! Really need to get rid of the 1lb gain from last week and for me to stay on this plan I'll really need an extra little bit too! Gota just wait and see what the scales say as there's no totm or new exercise to account for any sort of gain so please go down scales thanks :) x
 
Well I lost 2lb :-D however I am going to be a traitor and go back to slimming world for a week! Staying at a different house for the next 8 days and that makes food harder as not got all the bits and bobs that I would have at home! Sw means I can have packaged things like pasta n sauce and savoury rice which will be much easier while I'm not at home.

Probably come back to weight watchers after this week though as I was enjoying it!

Only lost a 1lb in 2 weeks as I gained last week and that was me sticking to it no cheating so will see what happens with my week on sw. Thanks for all the support on here and hopefully be back in Just over a week! Still be doing my food diary but back in my sw thread. X
