oh yeh I love quorn pepperoni it's one of the things I was really missing being veggie so glad they brought it out! Stocked up on the quorn cold "meats" today as they are all a pound in Asda :) x

B- smoothie - banana, mixed berries and skimmed milk

Quorn chicken slices

D- macaroni cheese

Couldn't get wholemeal macaroni so used kids bite size wholemeal pasta which worked great

Sauce made from skimmed milk, 50g light soft cheese 1pp
Topped with quorn ham slices and 2 slices Lowlow cheese 3pp and baked in oven. Yum!

Ww toast with flora light 1pp

Drinks- strawberry green tea
Squash
Tea with skimmed milk

Exercise - 50min walk

Weeklies used- 6pp

Don't worry about the gain! Just forget it and move forward!

Well I was away from home and did slimming world for just over a week then got a parcel of American candy sent to me and decided I wanted it gone before I restarted on ww.

So went a bit of a crazy binge for few days pizza, chips, cider, cocktails, loads of chocolate and biscuits etc so pretty pleased the gain wasn't that huge!

Thanks for all the support ladies looking forward to getting back on track- have decided I'm trying this out for 4 weeks to decide if slimming world or weight watchers is the plan for me as I didn't give it a fair chance before! X
 
Well it's not a big gain and I'm sure it will b off soon
 
At least you have accepted it and are ready to move forwards! I expect I'll be in a similar situation when I get back from holiday!

I'll be interested to see how you do on SF
over a 4 week period!
 
Your macaroni cheese looks nom-tastic :) Definitely going to have that when we get back from walking tomorrow.

Hehe was out with friends for several hours watching roller derby so the cake and cookie sneaked in there then ended up in the pub for one cheeky drink before home :-D

Normally would use it as excuse to eat way more cake and alcohol but super determined to get that gain off!! X

This was really nice I basically copied a m&s pasta salad that I love but made it for 1pp! Yum!

Small tub of soft icecream from icecream van - calling this 4pp as that's what a McDonald's cone is and it's similar icecream and similar size though I didnt have a cone. Does that seem ok?

D- wholemeal pasta
Roasted peppers and cherry toms

Snacks- ate them all as "lunch" as sunny day so was out for several hours at 2 different parks :-D

Drinks- Pepsi max
Tea with skim milk
Water
Squash

Exercise- walk about 2 and half hours all in

Mmm smoothie for breakfast sounds good! My weekend breakfasts are always nicer than weekday. As have more time!
