New to Slimming World - 1st day food diary

    Slimming World from home
    Hi,

    Just joined Slimming World and finding my way around this forum and have so far found some very good information. Today was my first day and I feel I have eaten so much, although seeing it written down it does not look that much. I have not had any syns. Should I have syns on a daily basis or can I store them up? It will take me a while to get use to eating more having been previously using WW.


    I have stayed on a Green day and planning to do more Green than Red days as I do not tend to eat much meat. Is this ok or should I interchange?

    Below is my food diary for today.

    07/06/11

    Breakfast;
    2 weetabix with soya milk from allowance

    Lunch;
    2 slices of Wholemeal bread
    large tin of baked beans

    Dinner;

    Homemade quorn spag
    portion of vegetables
    Pasta
    42g of reduced fat cheddar

    Snacks;
    banana

    I would welcome any comments.
