New to slimming world need help!!!

Hello,
My name is Joanne and I've decided to start doing slimming world from home as can not always get to groups. I currently weigh 10st 5half lbs and am a size 14. Am hoping to get down to a size 10.
Here is my food diary for a day just to see if I'm doing it correctly.
Breakfast:
Fruit and fibre hexb with skimmed milk hexa rasins
Lunch:
Mugshot chicken, banana, apple, pineapple, blueberry and grapes

Dinner:
Chicken stir fry (2.5syns I think?)

This is for green day. Is this alright?
