New to Slimming World

    Hi I joined slimming world last week and had a sneaky look at the scales this morning and it's not showing a weight loss so really dissapointed. Am i right in thinking that on extra easy you can have unlimited meat and potatoes etc? Also how many sins should i use cos I'm wondering if I've used too many?? Many thanks!:)

    yes u can have unlimited meat n potatoes (fat trimmed of meat) but u shud aim to fill ur plate with 1/3 superfree foods with each meal i.e fruit n veg, also u can have between 5 and 15 syns, also stick to the one set of scales as no two scales are the same :) im sure if u have stuck to plan u will lose :) i myself weigh in 2nte and dont feel like iv lost but i have no scales (because i am a serial scale hopper i refuse to have them in the house lol) hopin iv lost somethin!:)

    Yes you can have unlimited meat and carbs, however a 1/3 of your plate needs to be superfree foods (fruit and unstarchy veg) and you should eat because you are hungry not because the food is free.

    Your maximum daily syn allowance is 15 syns.

    You also get 1 healthy extra a and 1 healthy extra b

    You should try to avoid weighing yourself until your weigh in day, especially if you attend a group meeting as different scales can often vary by up to albs.
