new to slimming world

Hello all.
I joined slimming world tonight and I'm hoping to lose 2st to start with which has crept on since moving in with my boyfriend :-/ have done weight watchers before but often meant I ate differently to my boyfriend which was a pain...also abut of a nuisance pointing everything all the time. I like the idea of having a list of what I can eat. Anyway I'd just like to hear of any hints and tips you may have got and and success stories really as a motivation to get me started!! Also any recipes and ideas to lose the weight quite quickly?? Thanks xx
