Hi, I'm in my first week too. I joined on Thursday. Tho had a massive 10 course meal on Friday night with wine pairing at The French with friends for my birthday :/ but that has been booked since April. I'm currently sat here trying to plan meals for the week, trying to get my head around it before we go shopping and stock up. I've started with two recipes that are free on EE and some free soups for lunches. Will probably concentrate on syns a bit later or kind of as I go as I found everything a bit daunting at first. I'm not sure if I'm gonna gain on my first week just to the meal on Friday but I'm prepared for it as you have to be realistic and my birthday week was why I went as I need to change my ways before my weight gets out of hand.
