Hope you had a fab date night ailibop. We keep planning to have date nights. We're supposed to have one once a month but we only seem to have them on birthdays and our wedding anniversary lol. Although we've only got a few days until our anniversary so at least it's soon lol xx

Thanks Miatai.

We had a FAB night. My husband booked it as a surprise. Had gorgeous prawns and scallops for starter, then lobster pasta with tomato and basil. I did nick a slice of my hubby's gorgeous pizza. Couldn't resist. We aren't drinking for the month of October so he decided we could go a bit fancy. Was delish!

We try to do a date night at least once a month too. We live in Beijing and my hubby works really long hours so we do make an extra effort to do it was soooo nice!!

Morning all! Didn't make it to class this week due to work but stood on scales at work and they said down 1lb. But not counting that until I'm back on the class scales. Have got up today with no voice and feeling majorly sorry for myself. But had peppermint tea porridge and banana. If I had normal tea I'd have wanted a biscuit haha. Well done on all the loses this week. My shifts are making it really difficult to get to class. Do they let you attend a different class just to get weighed officially? X

Well done on your loss and jogirl's right, you can go to any group so you can fit it around your shifts. Just take into consideration the time/day you weigh xx

REALLY going for it this week.
I've cut my syns down to 10 a day and the fridge is full of meals to grab on the go, and syn free snacks. Two meals out this week which have been prepared for and can manage with steak both times (such a hard life) haha.

Well done to everyone so far, don't lose sight of your target :)

Crab sticks, satsumas, grapes, 2 boiled eggs in my bag for the day with a packet of salt in my pocket if I'm out, syn free soup on hand if I'm hungry, fat free yogurt with crushed garlic and a dash of celery salt as a dip for carrots. Muller lights I tend to have after lunch or dinner when I crave something sweet.

Treats have been weighed out and wrapped up in portions.
25g of Sainsburys basics salted corn chips = 6syns
Rice cake = 1.5syns
Dairylea light blue cheese = 1.5syns
Nutella 1tbs = 4syns

I've just stepped on the scales to see how in doing and it seems to be going to plan. I started this as nearly 14 stones. I'm really hoping to get my 1/2 stone award this week.

I've not had any massive weight loss weeks but it's been coming off 1 or 2lbs at a time which is steady and gradual. My diet wasn't really that bad before but I've cut down a lot on fat and sugar and going for healthy options. I'm really hoping I can be 12stone by Xmas.

We have a Christmas countdown tree sheet in class which gives us a bauble for each lb we lose, 1lb a week will get me there and so far I'm on track :)

Sounds so organised, it's really inspired me to portion my snacks so I don't go overboard.

I'm 1.5lbs up this week :-( I was really hoping to lose 1.5lbs for my club 10. I think I'll go back on to daily syns before I do any more damage lol xx
