New to slimming world

First day of slimming world today and feel i might not be grasping this..i think ive ate more than normal..
Breakfast..2 boiled eggs..lean bacon and a small amt of baked beans.
Snack..banana
lunch..2 boiled eggs wasnt hungry
Dinner..jkt spud no butter with lettuce cucumber and tuna and sweetcorn no mayo or salad cream
Supper..just had slice apple with a low fat natural yoghurt
From what i can work out everything is FREE apart from yoghurt..am i right or have i got this all wrong?
