Hi there, I'm new to the site and I started slimming world on Tuesday but there's a couple of things I'm struggling with?
Firstly I'm trying really hard to fill 1/3 of my plate with superfree food but I really hate vegetables! The smell and taste of them is making me feel sick
Can anyone recommend a way of including vegetables in my diet without me feeling tortured??
I've been having a fruit salad before I have my meal (I LOVE my fruit!) which fills me quite a bit and therefore I'm eating less of the actual meal but I'm worrying that I'm not gonna lose much if I'm not eating my vegetables. I tried making a soup with a variety of different vegetables, a stock pot and some mixed herbs but after 2 spoonfuls I literally couldn't eat anymore.
Secondly I'm really struggling to eat my syns. It's probably just because It's my first week and I'm sure the sweet cravings will return
I know I should be eating 5-15 syns but I haven't been eating any! I know this could affect my weight loss so any tips on having a few syns in my meals without forcing a bar of chocolate down me would be great!
