New to syn counting, please help

So I'm new to all this, started 3 days ago. Hoping to shed about a stone in 2 months for my holiday, trying to get my head around syns...

As I'm new if I've made any mistake with syn values please say and also any tips would be great please.

Day 1 -
Black coffee
Breakfast - 2 x dark rye with eggs (HEX B)
Lunch - Chicken with Nando's medium rub (1 syn?) with veg
Snacks - muller light yogurt and apple
Dinner - inspirations cod (0.5 syns), SW spicey rice and 35g hallumi (HEX A)
Cadburys highlight hot choc (2 syns) and 10x mini marshmallows (1 syn)

Total - 4.5 syns

Day 2-
Black coffee
Breakfast - SW overnight oats with miller light yogurt and blueberries (HEX B)
Lunch - SW sweet potato curry with SW spicy rice
Snack - miller light yogurt and an apple
Dinner - Chicken Dansak (6.5 syns) + boiled rice with 1 x onion bhaji (8.5 syns)

Total - 15 syns

Day 3 -
Coffee and milk (HEX A)
Breakfast - bacon, mushrooms, tomato, eggs
Lunch - Ate out in hickorys smokehouse, had a beef burger and chips with coleslaw (not idea how many syns probably 50! )
Hot choc and marshmellows (3 syns)

Total - 3 million syns , no seriously though if anyone knows the syn value of hickorys please help!

Just looked for you but doesn't say on app I'd prob say 25-30 for your burger . Big Macs are 25. Chips around 10-15
 
So back on track...
Coffee and milk (HEX A)
Breakfast - sweet potato hash browns made with sweet potato, 15g whole meal flour (2 syns), onion and garlic with spinach and poached egg.
Lunch - lunch subway salad with chicken and honey & mustard dressing (1.5 syns)
Dinner - homemade lasagne (free)
With a miller light yogurt and a 4 mile mountain walk

Total - 3.5 syns
