Hi Rachel, I'm new here as well and starting SW again. I have joined on-line with weigh day on Wednesdays. I really want to succeed this time and keep it off. Autumn/Winter is a better time because my social life is quieter and that is what usually wrecks things for me. This time I want to get down enough to give me half a stone leeway for those hey days. I'm an oldie so losing is very slow but gaining is very quick!
