Hiya all im donna and i started my slimming world diet today :D

I've just had a baby who is now 11 weeks old and i really want to get back in shape at the moment but i can only do a lil exercise due to back and spinal problems which i got during pregnancy :cry:

Im a rugby player so i feel lost without the intense training i used to do :eek:

Im currently weighing 12st 11lb which to me is far to heavy. My goal weight is 10st :p

I used to do slimming world back in june 2009 where i weighed 15st and manage to get down to 11st 8 by jan 2010 :D That i was so pleased about

I start my first slimming group on tuesday, but started doing the diet today at home as i remember most of what to do, but still a lil :confused:

So just thought id would give you my food diary of my day doing an easy extra week, please point out anything thats wrong :cool:

BREAKFAST

Banana and glass of squash :eek: I dont do breakfast but its a start!

Lunch

Ham and tomarto sandwich on nimble bread
Strawberries and natural low fat yoghurt
Pack of salt and vinagar hula hoops ( my syn :eek: )
Glass of squash

Dinner

Jacket potato with ham salad 28g of cheese and beans
( odd combo but was nice :eek: )
Stawberries
Glass of squash
