Hi all!
Dont even really know if i'm posting this in the right place (oops) but I'm hoping to find a little support from someone around my age (18) to guide me through the times when I want to binge on crisps! Preferably someone I can contact through facebook or something.
You know what I mean!
Thanks!

Hi I've been doing SW at home on my own since beginning of jan and lost 2 stone :) this sight is brill for support I wouldn't have managed it without x

Hey Rachel, im 21 and also a crisp addict if you ever need support i'm here to talk! Also I don't know if you've tried them yet but velvet crunch are only 4 syns per bag and really nice. I'm having a bag most days so I don't end up craving/binging on them.

x

Hi Everyone!
Thanks for all your messages of support!
I am also struggling to use the site but soon getting used to it :)
Never knew about the velvet crunch crisps d14, but I'm going to go looking for them now haha. Crisps are my biggest downfall and i'm the same as you, would just binge if I never got them haha x

Velvet crunch don't feel like crisps to me so they certainly wouldn't take away my crisp craving :sigh:

I used to eat 2+ bags of crisps a day, and now i'm eating one bag of velvet crunch and they are doing me fine. :)

OP you can get them in the shops as single bags to try out first, rather than buying a 6 pack and not liking them! Lots of other girls on here like them so hopefully you will too :)

Hiya, just found your thread, thought I'd come say hi! I'm pretty new at SW too, started a few weeks ago. I do love my crisps but find sw so easy with carbs I'm not craving them really and when I do I just make chips in the oven for dinner!

I do keep a diary just started one in here (link below!) because I think it makes me more focused, otherwise I confuse/ forget my hex's and syns.

just had a look at your food diary, looks great I found extra easy a bit of a struggle only one he a and b , needed something other than fruit to snack on !

Yes I know what you mean, I've been considering adding some green days, since I often eat veggie anyhow, then I'll have more cheese n bread options, but since those are my vices it could be a bad move! I don't think red days are for me though, reminds me of the dukan diet, retired that for two weeks once, lost a lot but felt very tired and lethargic during it...

What do you do normally? How long you been on the plan?

mostly green as i eat a lot of pasta and rice, find that one the easiest! Been following the plan for two years and then came off just after xmas, of course weight has gone back on and more:cry:As its my mums birthday today and we are out for lunch have made tomorrow my day one, I like the diet but sometimes get stuck for lunch ideas when i'm at work !
