New to this!

    Hi everyone
    As you can tell im new to this so i thought i would post a small introduction

    For as long as i can remember ive been big and over the last 6 or so years ive tried so many times to drop this weight but i always failed but now i feel its time to make this stick before its too late.

    Unlike my usual attempts to lose weight i have sucessfully made it through 9 weeks and as of thursday which is my weigh in day i have lost 30lbs my overall target is to lose 100lbs and i feel im on my way to this but as i said im still relatively new to this so any tips or anything would be great

    Hi Jay, Welcome to the forum.. always nice to have new peeps and to watch your progress too.
    Well done on losing 30lbs in 9 weeks.. that's very good going!
    What is your actual weight and which diet are you following?
    I do hope you will fill in your details (on the left of the page) so we can see how you are doing and offer you any support and/or advice.. which is what this forum is all about.
