new to web site and returning to lighter life

Hi everyone , i am new here and ive return to lighter life after having a 4 yr break, when i did it first i was alot smaller then what i am now but i lost the weight last time i did the program to aid me getting pregnant and a year later it worked i was pregnant :D so this time i have more to lose but i am pretty focused, im on my 4th week of lighter life and so far its been ok, my mum is currntly doing the lighter lite and that seems to be easier but takes a lot longer to lose the weight that way.:D
Week 1 = 9lbs
Weeks 2= 6 lbs ( was at my mums ate meals on night time)
Week 3 = 2.5lbs (over did gym Unless the meals from last week caught up)
week 4 = ?? will let you know ;)

i think on week 3 i over did the gym felt a little confused by the little weight loss but at least in 3 weeks i have lost 17 1/2 lbs which is brilliant really :) so going to keep it up my goal is to get into a size 10-12 for christmas and to be super fit with it this time!
