New to Weightwatchers

Hi all,
i have been a member of weightwatchers in the past and had lost 2 stone, unfortunately i stopped going and all weight is back on.

I am rejoining tonite but its been a few years since i was a member and am a bit confused because of new points system.

Can someone explain to me exactly what this is and do i have to do that plan or can i stick to the one i done years ago with set point system per day.

as Starlight said, there's my sticky thread on the top of the page that explains the pp plan a bit better.

You can certainly stick with the one plan you know, but this one is much more modern and WW worked very hard to create a plan that could give you a healthier weigh-loss that the previous one. I have tried both and PP is definitely the way to go for the future! Since you've gone back to meetings and you will be paying for the privilege, why not using the plan and take advantage of the meetings 100%?
