Hi my main tips...track everything that goes in your mouth....have your fruit but careful just how many portions you have....use chopped cauli instead of pasta or rice when doing chilli or bologneses....drink plenty....find some low pp treats.....don't use less than the points your given thinking you'll lose weight faster because you won't ( I think lots try that in the beginning but it doesn't work ....honest)
