Hey,

I struggle with breakfasts as well so always find it easiest to have something like fruit (strawberry, banana, melon) with a syn free yog or on weekend i treat myself to a cooked breakfast with beans, tomatoes, bacon, egg and toast which can take a while but i cook for the family so it isn't so bad.

I found an awesome pancake breakfast at a site called slimming eats (i would post the link but not sure if i will get told off) its an american style pancake breakfast and its delicious.

Slimming eats has probably saved my weightloss as there are so many yummy recipes and treats.
