New week on EE

Not the best start to the week for me! Went out for lunch today n couldn't resist the cheesy veg, creamy coleslaw n a pint of lager with my carvery. Sounds revolting I know but the place I go to does fantastic homemade food n there coleslaw is to die for so always av to put sum on the edge of my plate no matter wat I'm eating. Also ad a baileys coffee at my mums. I'm still guna write today's in (probably make mi feel more guilty) cos its the beginning of the week n I'll b bk on track tomorrow.

Breakfast: apple and grapes.

Dinner: bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms, tomato, 1 slice brown bread (HE b)

Tea: cavery - beef, turkey, cabbage, peas, cheesy veg,3 roast potatoes(syns??) and 2 new potatoes, coleslaw( syns??)

Snacks: made sw cheesecake with 1 alpen light (rest of HE b) quark with options white choc (2syns) n fruit. Melon n grapes

Drinks t with Half of HE a. Baileys coffee (Syns??) 4 pints water. 2 glasses diet coke. 1 pint of lager (syns??)
Didn't finish rest of milk from HE a as I felt I'd ad enuf cheese to make it up

Total syns = ??

One of my worst days so far but onwards n upwards then hopefully inwards :)

B: 2 wheatabix, banana, ss milk 3 cups of t. HEa n b used + 0.5 syns for extra milk

D: cous-cous with celery, tomatoes, cucumber, ham, red onion n lettuce + 3 tbs if EL mayo 1.5 syns. Fruit salad, pineapple, kiwi, melon, apple n pear. Activia yoghurt. Velvet crunch crips 4 syns

T: chicken n mushroom pasta with peas, carrots an green beans. Muller light yoghurt.

Snacks: another pk if velvet crunch 4 syns. ML yoghurt, melon and kiwi.

Drinks: half big bottle diet coke, 3 pints water.

Total syns: 10

Fasting from six tonight n it's killing me! Always like to nibble while watching tv on a evening. No cuppas or brekky either before I leave for work as I'm calling for blood tests on way. Guna b a tough morning n av to av brekky in the go so it'll probably b fruit.

t: chicken leg (no skin),peas,carrots,green beans, jacket potato,few pieces of pasta, muller light.

snacks: apple, orange, activia,

drinks: 2pints diet coke, 4 pints water, i cup of t with HeA, milky cadburys highlight using rest of HeA 2syns

total syns:8.5

guna post this now to see wat ive done wi the colours cos im still learning :)

Today's been really hard n I'm finding myself thinking how long can I keep this up! Not very inventive in the kitchen n av a 2 year old who hates shopping so can't even scan the isles for new foods to try. Ad a look at sum recipes on ere n guna raid mi cupboards tomoz n see wat I can come up wi cos wen I look at the weight I've lost it makes me wanna soldier on. Quite fed up today though but hey a new day dawns I suppose!

Fingers crossed my positive attitude will return in the morning :(
