Back on track today after a bad week and a 1lb gain:(

I know if I stick with it then it will work x

I feel pretty good thanks, lost a fair bit last week so feeling pretty positive and feeling really in control now thankfully. I used to feel such a strong compulsion to eat, it was as if I felt the world would stop turning if I 'missed out' on pastry, biscuits or a fully loaded sandwich. I wasn't eating loads but I wasn't going to lose weight eating that way. Now I feel much more stable, able to happily turn down a cake or chips in favour of fitting into smaller jeans.
