    1 hour 4 minutes and 398 calories! Yay! Got in early from work, so had plenty of time. And I'd never noticed there's a super advanced boxing before, it's great.

    I love the boxing its my fave... need to get back on track or I never will. Was going to do some more tonight but feel like I'm getting a lovely cold so will just do my early morning stint.

    Not many of us this month, is there?

    I've put a message in the shout box asking for more members.

    The boxing's my favourite too, don't know how I missed the super advanced before. I'm trying to do more hula hoop, but I just can't do the spinning to the right. Which is bizarre, shouldn't it be just as easy in each direction?

    29 mins of legs, bums and tums followed by 32 mins of boxing. Another pretty feeble day for me, but I'm blaming the heat :p

    LC an hours workout is hardly feeble... :D

    Combined some workouts today which was quite cool... did some things that I'd normally shy away from! 49 mins 279 cals burned.

    I just did an hour and it didn't feel feeble. I do now though, I'm exhausted :8855:. 385 calories, including 2 goes on super advanced boxing.
