I started the Pro Points 5 weeks ago and have lost 9lb with one week STS. I have a massive amount to lose but little by little I will get there.
The Pro Points for me doesn't feel like a diet and I am able to fit it into everyday life.
My only concern is my weight changes daily by upto 2lb and I need to get out of the habit of weighing myself 2 days before weigh day.
