As 2011 comes to an end its time to start thinking about my target weightloss for January. I'm setting my target as a conservative 10lbs. Anyone else?

Count me in - I would like to lose 10. I think 14 is a little too ambitious as I am close to my target weight and may start to slow things down a bit. But i may just surprise myself!!

I'm 7.5lbs away from my updated target. I should get there in January
