New Year New Start back to fitness

I haven't done much exercising this year due to unforeseen circumstances. So I will be starting again Jan 4th. I've been told to not do any until 11th Jan but will start off slowly.

I aim to run on the treadmill,trampette and going out on the bike when weather is kind.

Feel free to join me. :)
 
Still got to take it easy before I'm allowed back on the treadmill.
Today I only done a walk to Morrisons and back. Which is 15 mins each way.:rolleyes:
 
First day back at work after having 4 weeks off sick.
Taking it easy on my first week back into exercise after not doing any for 14 months.

25 mins walk and 2 hours walking while cleaning.
 
Feeling a bit stronger as each day goes by.

Tomorrow going to try the trampette and maybe see if my abdomen is strong enough without any pain to do a bit of yoga.

Friday--- 1 hour outside walk and 2 hours walking while cleaning.
Saturday--- 2 hours outside walk.


Treadmill workout starts on Mondays.:)
