hey Im new to this site
Iv joined for a bit of support and insperation in losing the last 2 1/2 to 3 stone of weight to hit my goal of around 8stone ready for an opperation to repair a scar on my tummy and take away any access skin, I am 20 and have a 3 and a half year old lil girl, I put on all my weight when i was pregnant and have lost weight before but due to suffering with depression I put it all back on munching out on down days But now I really want to lose the wieght and keep it off!!
