I everyone x I am new to this forum and love it already x I'm back on Atkins and loving it!! (apart from the flu feeling but I know that will pass)

Turns out I had a nasty virus :-( so that's why I was feeling so bad x still not 100% but one more day in bed I should feel better xxx means I haven't really eaten though xxx stocked up on sugar free jelly and been drinking lots of water xx
