So hi I'm new, my names Sabrina I don't know if I should state a little about myself or not, I may aswell. for three years I suffered on and off with multiple eating disorders, last year it because bad and I lost quite a bit of weight, everyone doctors, psychiatrists, friends and family were telling me that I needed to eat more but I didn't listen, I just didn't care until it became so bad I began binging and purgeing again which resulted in me not purging anymore and just binging creating a 25lb+ weight gain within a short amount of time. at the end of last year I decided to turn my life around because I want to enjoy the good things in life without being obstructed by negative thoughts. I gained more weight than comfortable and I'm now aiming to slowly and healthily lose 14lb in order to get to my 'safe weight' and I'm doinh this by eating a balanced diet with regular exercise. I'm not sure if I'll be using this account much but it is handy! Thanks guys bye for now x
