    Hi Astar, welcome! I'm also a newbie. Just joined yesterday and am starting my weight loss journey today.
    Not following any one particular program..i'm doing my own thing with my knowledge of what works for me due to my extensive experience in trying every diet known to man/woman!! lol
    I think by now (20 yrs of dieting) i know what works for my body and what doesnt. I just need to stick with it.
