Hmmm, poss. The first time I tried SW I weighed about 13 and half stone (190lbs) and that weight came off fairly fast. and that was robs my body saying "wooooo good food and no alcohol!!"

But this time round it's really me deciding that actually I do want to get to my original target weight so starting again - having maintained for a year or so. So maybe my body won't be quite as shocked! :(

I've had a mid week sneak and i'm lighter but not much - i know you aren't meant to sneak at your weight but sometimes if you've had a good day (or a bad one) the scales are just too tempting!

Like you I also stock up my syns and splurge - not sure if this works. I'm sure we'll work it out.

Also, I forgot to ask. How do you snack on veg (and fruit)? how do you prep it? Does it always hit the spot?

How frustrating!

I'm the same either one/two bad days or a weight gain and I decide that I can't be bothered.

Work through it!!!
What have you eaten these last 2 days?
